IN GENERAL

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer on Finntack's website.

By availing themselves of Finntack's website or by registering an order on Finntack's web portal, the customer accepts the terms and conditions mentioned below. Before registering an order, customers must ensure that they have read and understood the terms and conditions.

For opening a trade account, all new customers must fill in and sign a customer form. By signing the form, the customer accepts Finntack’s terms and conditions. The customer has the right to apply for a change in their credit conditions. Finntack reserves the right to changing customer’s credit limit or payment term if needed.

When customers register orders on Finntack's web portal, they give the assurance that they are over 18 years. Customers undertake to provide truthful information regarding all payment, contact and personal information, and are responsible for providing up-to-date and accurate information to the seller.

The customer must make sure that the payment method used (credit card, PayPal account, etc.) is his / hers, and that the ordering party has the right to use the specific payment method. A debit / credit card or bank account must have sufficient funds to cover the total order amount. The seller reserves the right to check creditworthiness and specified payment information prior to the order being delivered. Finntack is not duty-bound to offer the entire range of payment methods to the customer.

Finntack is not accountable for orders placed using false identity, the use of another customer's account, or for other fraudulent purposes.

The appearance of products and services on Finntack's website does not guarantee that the product or service is always available. We reserve the right to remove any product at any time.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without notice. The terms read at the time of purchase apply to the order in question.

The customer receives an order confirmation after ordering online. The order confirmation must be carefully checked after ordering, and if necessary, the customer should request an immediate alteration. Changes can be made if the order has not been picked or sent yet. Finntack is not responsible for any changes received too late after the order has been confirmed.

TRADEMARK AND COPYRIGHT

Copyright and intellectual property rights for all services, including (without limitation) all programs, graphic content and written information are the property of Finntack, who reserves all rights. Finntack, Finntack's logo and all other brands used in the online store belong either to Finntack or other brand owners. These trademarks cannot be copied or used without permission from Finntack. All trademarks or other brands used on the website are the property of their respective owners.

PRICES

Prices are defined yearly on a valid price list. Currencies used are EUR and NOK.

The prices displayed on our online store are exclusive of VAT.

The customer should send Finntack a valid VAT tax number while opening a trade account. If the customer does not have a valid VAT tax number or it has not been delivered in advance to Finntack, the VAT of the source country will be added to the invoice.

Finntack values the environment and sends invoices by email. For paper invoices by post we debit a fee of 3,00 EUR/invoice.
