Slow Feeding haynet to round bale

Fine-mesh hay net designed to slow down forage consumption and reduce waste. Suitable for round bales up to 120 cm in diameter. Mesh size approx. 3.5 – 4 cm. Laid out flat, the net measures approx. 220 x 170 cm. The net is intentionally tight on full round bales to prevent excess slack as the bale is consumed. We recommend using a tension strap at the bottom when starting a new bale. The net will stretch slightly with use.

For shod horses, position the hay net so the horse cannot get their shoes caught. Introduce the net gradually, for example, by offering some hay outside the net during the initial period.
