RETURN INFORMATION
- Return Window: Items can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom products (e.g., embroidery), bonus products, trotting carts, and sulkies.
- Return Process:
- Complete the returns form included in your package, stating the reason for return.
- Pack the items securely in the original packaging.
- Generate a return label via GLS: https://www.gls-returns.com/#/m/finntack
- Use the provided tracking code to monitor the return status.
- Return Fee: A fee of €10 will be deducted from your refund.
- Refunds: Processed within two weeks of receiving your return. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Exchanges:
- Allowed for size or color of the same product.
- If unavailable, a refund will be issued.
- Replacement products are shipped free of charge, once per order.
- Additional Notes:
- Finntack is not liable for lost returns without a tracking code.
- If returns arrive in unsellable condition, product will not be refunded.
- Returns or exchanges cannot be processed in physical stores.
