Approved credit at Finntack /Payment by invoice (30D, 14D etc)

The valid payment term is marked on the invoice.

Orders are to be paid to Finntack’ s account latest on the due date marked on the invoice. Should the invoice be overdue, customer will receive one reminder. Should an invoice be unpaid, the customer account will be closed until sorted. A possible debt shall be sent to collection.

The customer is obligated to pay a valid late payment interest for all payments made after the due date. This interest rate is stated in the original invoice. The customer is obligated to compensate all costs caused by collection process.

Finntack has the right to put the order on hold, if the credit limit has been exceeded and/or until all unpaid invoices have been paid. This we inform of by email. Finntack has the right to demand prepayment for any order regardless of the normal payment term on customer’s account.

All invoices must be paid entirely. If products are missing or they are faulty, please contact our customer service within 7 days. The customer should pay the total amount stated in the invoice unless a credit note has been issued. The amount of the credit note can be deducted either from the invoice in question or the next invoice to come.

Payments are made only by bank transfer. Finntack's bank account information is stated in the invoice. When placing a payment, one should always mention which invoices the payment concerns. Cheques are not accepted as payment method.  The ownership of the goods in question is transferred from Finntack to the customer only after the invoice is paid in full.

Prepayment

Orders with payment term prepayment are approved first after the payment is booked on Finntack ’s account. A confirmation for payment is to be sent by email after an order has arrived to Finntack. Should the prepayment not arrive within 2 weeks from the ordering date, the order will automatically be cancelled.

A customer can also choose to pay by credit card through Klarna Checkout when placing the order online.

Finntack reserves the right to cancel an order if the customer has previously unpaid invoices or other financial obligations with us. We also reserve the right to cancel an order if any of the payment providers so request this.
