RETURN INFORMATION
Returns vary slightly for Ireland, the UK, and other EU countries shopping on the English site. Please see the details below:
General Instructions:
1. Complete the returns form included in your package and state the reason for return.
2. Pack the items securely in the original packaging.
3. Generate a return label:
- Ireland/EU: Return Label Link
- UK: Return Label Link
Return Fees: €10 for Ireland/EU or £6.90 for UK, deducted from your refund.
4. Use the tracking code provided to monitor the return status.
5. Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect your return. You’ll get a confirmation from Klarna.
Key Policies:
- Return Window: You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom products (e.g., embroidery), bonus products, trotting carts, and sulkies.
Exchanges:
- Exchanges are only allowed for size or color of the same product. If unavailable, a refund will be issued.
- Replacement products are shipped free of charge, once per order.
Additional Notes:
- Refunds are processed within two weeks of warehouse receipt. Refunds will use the original payment method. Some cases may require providing IBAN/SWIFT details.
- Shipping costs are refunded only for full-order cancellations.
Important Conditions:
- Finntack is not liable for lost returns unless a tracking code is provided.
- If returns arrive in unsellable condition, Finntack reserves the right to deduct €5/£5 for damaged packaging.
- Returns or exchanges cannot be processed in physical stores.
