CLAIMS

Should an item be faulty, incomplete or missing, customer has a right to a claim. The period of notice is 7 days from arrival of the goods. In case of a claim, customer service should be contacted for further handling of the case. The seller reserves the right to demand a return for the faulty item or for a photo to prove the damage. Should an item be worn out or broken due to faulty usage, an item has not been taken care of properly or the reasonable lifeline of the item is past due, Finntack reserves the right to neglect the claim. 

Should an item be faulty or broken due to transportation of the goods, it is important to inform of the damage towards the transport company when signing for receival of the goods.

Finntack aims to handle all claims within 7 working days.
