Free Shipping: EU: Orders over 199€, Ireland: Orders over 129€, UK: Orders over 135 GBP qualify for free shipping (*excludes carts and sulkies*).
Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after completion. Embroidery orders require an additional 1-3 days.
- Delivery Addresses: We do not deliver to mailbox addresses.
- Delays: Delivery times may extend during peak seasons or promotions.
Free Shipping Campaigns
- Free shipping may not apply to all shipping methods. Additional fees may apply for home delivery or express delivery.
- Products with extra shipping costs (e.g., carts and large items) are excluded from free shipping. Special shipping costs will be clearly stated on the product page.
