DELIVERY TIME?
Our warehouse is located in Finland. Normal delivery takes 5-7 days. Embroidered products take 1-3 days longer. Delivery times for products made to order, such as sulky carts should be agreed upon on an individual basis, since they are custom built.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking code. You can also download the Unifaun mobile app from the AppStore and follow the order via the app. When the order has arrived at the pick-up point, you will receive a message via SMS.
If you have chosen home delivery, the package will be sent directly to the address on your order confirmation.

CAN I PURCHASE A GIFT CARD?

You can purchase an electronic gift card here >. The gift card is valid for use both in the online store and in Finntack stores in the country where you live.

HOW DO I CHANGE / RETURN?
If you wish to exchange a product, use the returns form included with the package. Fill out the returns form, pack the products carefully and return them to us.

The exchange or return of goods purchased online in our stores is unfortunately not possible.

I LOST THE RETURNs FORM / LABEL - CAN I GET A NEW ONE?
No problem! Our customer service will send you a new returns form or returns label. Just contact hello@finntack.com

HOW DO I GO ABOUT OBTAINING A REFUND FOR MY RETURNED GOODS?
Once your returned goods have been received, accepted and processed, you will be notified by email. Repayment will be carried out simultaneously. We use the Klarna Checkout system as our payment provider and your refund will take place through them. Since the payment transaction may take a few days, please allow time for this to appear on your card /account.

DO FINNTACK STORES SELL THE SAME RANGE / OPERATE WITH THE SAME PRICES AS THE ONLINE STORE?
The range may vary between stores and our online store. Should you be wondering if your nearest Finntack store has the item in, just contact them. Contact information can be found here >.

The standard price is the same, both online and in-store. Sometimes prices may vary between online and store, depending on promotions and other marketing activities. This is always clearly highlighted on our products, so it's easy for you to know where and when a price or promotion is valid.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
We use Klarna Checkout as our payment provider. Klarna Checkout offers payment by credit card unfortunately, it is not possible to pay cash-on-delivery.

HOW DO I UNSUBSCRIBE FROM A NEWSLETTER?
Unsubscribing from the newsletters is just a click away; each newsletter has a ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of the email.

I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH MY PURCHASE, WHAT DO I DO?
It is regrettable, of course, that you are not satisfied with a product or that the product is defective!
Our customer service will gladly help you out. Just tell us your order number, the name of the product you are not satisfied with, together with a description of the problem together with a photo and we will put the matter right:

I MAKE A MISTAKE WHEN I ORDERED. CAN YOU HELP ME OUT?
Please review your order carefully before confirming it online. If you have made a mistake, contact our customer service immediately at hello@finntack.com
As long as your order has not been picked, we can help you.

I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER
Contact our customer services! The employees at our warehouse process orders and send them out quickly. Once the order has been shipped, we no longer are able to cancel it.
If we are able cancel the order prior to picking, then the entire payment will also be canceled at the same time. We will then create a refund / cancellation of the order reservation.

Should the order already have been shipped; you always have the right to return the order within 60 days of receipt. Otherwise you can refrain from fetching the package, and it will automatically be returned. If you have no intention of picking up the package, please inform our customer service.

CAN I ADD PRODUCTS TO MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN CONFIRMED?
Unfortunately, for security reasons this is not possible. We cannot change the invoice amount after the order has been confirmed.

CAN I COMBINE SEVERAL ORDERS?
Unfortunately this is not possible, since a payment is the same as an order, and for technical reasons two or more orders cannot be combined into one order. In addition, orders are quickly dispatched once the warehouse has received them.

I HAVE JUST PLACED MY ORDER; WHAT HAPPENS NOW?
Within minutes of you confirming your order online, you will receive an order confirmation by email. If it doesn't appear, you should check your junk mail in case the email ends up there. Generally speaking, your order is picked, packed and shipped within 24-48 hours. Following the dispatch of the order you will receive a tracking code by e-mail. The order can also be tracked on the Unifaun app, which can be downloaded for free from your AppStore. Once the order has arrived at your pick-up point you will be notified both by email and SMS about fetching the package. Depending on the country you live in, you have within 1-2 weeks to pick up the package before it is returned. So please fetch your new Finntack products as soon as possible! For home delivery, the package will be delivered to the address on the order confirmation. If you have chosen to pay via Klarna invoice, the invoice will be sent by e-mail from Klarna. Please remember to pay on time!
