IN GENERAL
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer on Finntack's website.
By availing themselves of Finntack's website or by registering an order on Finntack's web portal, the customer accepts the terms and conditions mentioned below. Before registering an order, customers must ensure that they have read and understood the terms and conditions.
When customers register orders on Finntack's web portal, they give the assurance that they are over 18 years. Customers under the age of 18, if required to do so by the seller, must present a written consent allowing them to shop online. Customers undertake to provide truthful information regarding all payment, contact and personal information, and are responsible for providing up-to-date and accurate information to the seller.
The customer must make sure that the payment method used (credit card, PayPal account, etc.) is his / hers, and that the ordering party has the right to use the specific payment method. A debit / credit card or bank account must have sufficient funds to cover the total order amount. The seller reserves the right to check creditworthiness and specified payment information prior to the order being delivered. Finntack is not duty-bound to offer the entire range of payment methods to the customer.
Finntack is not accountable for orders placed using false identity, the use of another customer's account, or for other fraudulent purposes.
The appearance of products and services on Finntack's website does not guarantee that the product or service is always available. We reserve the right to remove any product at any time.
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without notice. The terms read at the time of purchase apply to the order in question.
The customer receives an order confirmation after ordering online. If the customer has ordered an embroidered product, then it is the customer’s responsiblity for verifying that the information is correct. The order confirmation must be carefully checked after ordering, and if necessary the customer should request an immediate alteration. Changes can be made provided the order has not been picked or sent. Finntack is not responsible for any changes received too late after the order has been confirmed.

Copyright and intellectual property rights for all services, including (without limitation) all programs, graphic content and written information are the property of Finntack, who reserves all rights.
Finntack, Finntack's logo and all other brands used in the online store belong either to Finntack or other brand owners. These trademarks cannot be copied or used without permission from Finntack. All trademarks or other brands used on the website are the property of their respective owners.

All orders placed on Finntack's website will be shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been completed. We reserve the right to delays occurring in peak seasons and during promotions. Embroidery orders take 1-3 extra days to process. Note that it is not possible to deliver to mailbox addresses.
Free shipping campaigns apply only to delivery to the nearest pickup location. The customer must be prepared to pay an additional fee, as shown in the shopping cart, if the customer wants home delivery or chooses express delivery. Free shipping does not apply to products with extra shipping costs, such as carts and larger products. Should a product have special shipping costs, this will be stated on the product page.
If an obvious pricing error has been made (meaning that the customer must have understood the error within his consumer rights), the seller reserves the right to cancel an order and not sell the product at the wrong price.
PAYMENT METHODS
We use Klarna Checkout. Through Klarna Checkout you can choose to pay with:

Finntack reserves the right to cancel an order if the customer has previously unpaid invoices or other financial obligations with us. We also reserve the right to cancel an order if any of the payment providers so request this.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer has the legal right to cancel an order within 14 days without giving any reason. The right to withdrawal does not apply to customized products or products manufactured specifically for a single customer (for example, embroidered products).
If the customer wishes to cancel an order, he/she must inform Customer Services as soon as possible, and at the latest within 14 days following the receipt of the products.
Repayment will be made to the customer after the returned product has physically arrived at our warehouse. We will try to expedite the refund using the same method as for payment. In some cases, the customer must notify Finntack of the bank account information (IBAN / SWIFT) in order to receive a refund. Shipping costs will only be refunded to the customer if the customer has canceled the order in its entirety.
In the case of the order being funded by a third-party billing company, Finntack will not be held responsible for any late-payment fees or charges that may arise from canceling the order.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE
You will find a returns form in the box.
1) Fill in the returns form and state the reason for the return. Select all returned items.
2) Pack the products you want to return in the returns package.

You will be charged a return fee of 4 € for returning the goods. This amount will be deducted after we have treated the return.
4) Follow along with the returns package tracking code until your returned product has been received and processed by us.
5) Once the returned product has been processed, you will receive confirmation from Klarna.
It is unfortunately not possible to exchange or return goods at one of Finntack's stores.
The customer may return an order from the date the order was registered and up to 60 days after receipt of the ordered products. Unfortunately, after 60 days have elapsed since your purchase, we can't offer a refund or take in exchange.
To be eligible for the return of a product, the product must have been unused and in its original condition. The product must also be returned in the original packaging.
Products ordered with embroidery cannot be returned or exchanged. Neither is it possible to exchange complimentary articles or bonus products. Should you still wish to return such a product, you will nonetheless not receive any financial or material compensation for it.
Trotting carts and sulkies cannot be returned or exchange since they are customized products.
Finntack reserves the right to accept or refuse a refund on a product if the product is not in salable condition. Finntack reserves the right to deduce NOK 50 from the refund for broken or dirty product packaging.
We only exchange products over to the same product in a different size or color. Unfortunately, we do not exchange a product over to a completely different product. If Finntack does not have the desired size / color in stock, the money for the product will be automatically refunded.
Finntack sends the replacement product, free of charge, once per order. The time required to process a return or exchange is usually one week from the time the returned product arrives at the warehouse. We reserve the right to delays being incurred in high season.
When returning the product, the customer must complete the returns form which was sent to the customer together with the order. The product must be properly packed in a box or returns packaging. The original product packaging must be included in the returns packaging in its original condition.
Refunds for the products will be made to the customer when the returned order has physically arrived at our warehouse. We try to expedite the refund in the same way as used for payment. In certain cases, the customer must inform Finntack of account information (IBAN / SWIFT) in order to receive a refund. Any shipping costs will only be refunded to the customer if the customer has canceled the order in its entirety.
If the returned package is lost or goes astray on the way to Finntack's warehouse, Finntack will only refund the value of the product if the customer can provide a tracking code for the returned package. Finntack reserves the right to carry out a search at the postal distributor in order to find out where the package is, prior to the refund being made.
If an embroidered product is returned to our warehouse because it has not been fetched by the customer, Finntack will attempt to contact the customer via e-mail, telephone or mail in order to have the product delivered. The customer has the right to have the order re-delivered at no additional cost. If the customer cannot be reached within 14 days, Finntack will charge the customer the cost of the products and an additional handling charge, as well as destroying the product. If an embroidered product is returned to our warehouse for the second time, we will charge the customer the cost of the product, for both return shipping, handling and destruction of the product.
If the customer fails to collect two or more orders, Finntack will close the customer’s account. In such cases, Finntack reserves the right to keep the customer account closed until an opening fee (10€) has been paid.
COMPLAINTS
If the product is damaged, defective or incomplete, the customer has the right to complain. Finntack reserves the right not to approve any complaints caused by the customer improperly handling the product or by failing to follow the usual user guidelines. We take great care in the presentation of our products, including composition and colors. The visual color varies according to the computer, and we cannot guarantee that your computer will reproduce exactly the right colors. Small variations in color or detail may occur and will not be accepted as a complaint. If a product appears to have been damaged during transportation, it is the customer’s responsibility to complain about this when fetching the package at the pickup location or to complain to the courier who delivers the package.
If the complaint has been approved, Finntack will repair or replace the product, free of charge, or provide you with a price reduction or full refund.
Finntack always attempts first to resolve complaints and disagreements with the customer. In disputes where the parties (the seller / customer) fail to reach agreement, the customer is entitled to contact the Consumer Council.
The customer can also take the dispute to the ODR platform (http://ec.europa.eu/odr). The ODR platform allows both consumers and retailers to resolve their e-commerce disputes, both domestic and cross-border transactions. The platform is directly linked to national Alternative Dispute Resolution Bodies (ADRs), thus providing consumers and retailers with an established and well-developed method of dispute resolution.
COUPONS AND GIFT CARDS
Coupons (distributed during a specific promotional period and which cannot be purchased) are valid for a limited and predetermined period. A one-off coupon can only be used once. The coupon will not apply to a new order, even if the original order was returned or canceled. Coupons are redeemed by filling in the coupon code in the appropriate box before completing the order. Coupons may not be applied to all products or brands. Coupons cannot usually be combined with other coupons. Some coupons have a minimum limit. Remember to redeem the discount code before completing your order.
Coupons cannot be exchanged for money. Coupons cannot be used after an order is completed.
If a coupon is used as a discount on an order (for example, a discount coupon with a value of NOK 100), the discount amount will be divided over each product in the order. If the customer returns one or more of the products, we will refund the discounted price for the returned product.
The gift cards correspond to cash. Finntack is not responsible for lost or damaged gift cards. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and are not valid after expiry date.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow the industry's best practices to ensure that information is not mistakenly lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
Credit card Information to which you give us access, is encrypted with SSL technology. Although no Internet or electronic storage transfer method is 100% secure, we comply with all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional accepted industry standards.
We use so-called cookies on Finntack's website. Cookies are small text files stored on your computer and used by our web server to give you access to some of the features of the website.
Finntack uses cookies to improve the site for the customer, e.g. by customizing the site in terms of customer preferences, choices and interests, as well as helping you keep track of the products that are in your shopping cart and managing your purchases, ensuring that you are logged in to the site so that you do not have to log in each time you visit us, to be able to customize our services and ensure that you receive advertising that is relevant to you, and to ensure that we fulfill our obligations with a purchase.
Permanent cookies are used to store personal settings on Finntack, e.g. to make sure you don't have to make the same selections every time you visit the site, and to customize and make information and marketing as relevant as possible to you. Temporary cookies are used, among other things, to record statistics regarding the use of the website.
