600D polyester rug with polyester lining. Front closure has good adjustability with two snaps for quick fastening both on and off. This rain rug comes with x-surcingles, detachable elastic leg straps and tail flap. The high shoulder gussets allow for free movement and less chafing. The fabric maintains waterproof/breathable qualities after many washes.
