Description
France is the first country to adopt a standard governing the manufacture of horse riding airbags (PPE Personal Protective Equipment). While waiting for a European harmonization, this NF S72-800-2022 standard provides riders with increased protection by regulating the protection surface, the inflation speed and by imposing much more severe impact tests on waistcoats. The new EQUITHÈME AIR2 airbag developed by FREEJUMP meets the requirements of the new NF-S-72-800-2022 standard thanks to - Its ultra fast inflation speed: 115ms to reach the required pressure of the impact tests for a size M.- Its extended coverage zone (NF standard requirements) which even goes beyond the NF standard by satisfying longitudinal impacts in the back.- Its lower back protection, managed by press studs, which allows the length of the airbag to be shortened when riding and an extra length to be deployed in case of a fall.- Its weight: 900 g including cartridge for a size M.- Maximum ventilation.- Resetting is made easier by the orange clip to hold the ball and the cap guide to avoid losing it. A flash code on the cartridges provides a more precise explanation of the rearming.- A textile saddle clip to avoid metal to metal rattling.- The Child/Child version in sizes S and L which trigger at 25 kg.- No horse size limit regardless of airbag size. The new standard imposes a minimum size of horse according to the release speed: an airbag that releases slowly can be used on a tall horse to have time to inflate before hitting the ground! FREEJUMP airbags pass the tests regardless of the height of the horse... no restrictions for the consumer.Comes with a Y saddle clip, ball cord, Allen key, cartridge and instructions.Composition:Interior: 100% polyurethaneOuter fabric: 100% polyester Inner fabric: 40% polyester, 60% nylonCartridges: 50CC, 38g CO2: for EQUITHÈME AIR2 Children's airbags S and L60CC, 46g CO2: for airbags
